As promised, I wanted to highlight some of the key points of our conversation so you can lead the charge with the Snohomish clubs.

Nearly three years ago, these clubs purchased KidTrax and were donated StaffTrax, VolunteerTrax, and MoneyTrax. My understanding is that the only program being used at this point is KidTrax. The final hurdle in launching the use of the others is to purchase and schedule training. The attached quote reflects the costs, not only for this training, but additionally, for two new sites to be added to the Snohomish clubs account.

As mentioned, we have recently released a new version of MoneyTrax. With the release of this new version will come changes to the pricing (however I do not have exact dates for these changes). The new functionality will not only allow for the tracking of fee based activities, but now includes online registration, posting and tracking of sponsors logos on your website, and a coach/team tracking portal. You have been given an amazing opportunity to take advantage of additional software and now is the ideal time to begin the use.

In summary, the attached quote is for 2 new sites (with MoneyTrax, StaffTrax, VolunteerTrax, scanners, and training) and training for the other 12 sites. I will look forward to hearing back from you soon to find out how we are going to move forward with this project.
